Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which Aerobeeswax dispatches and delivers its specialist beeswax consumables to customers in the UK and internationally.

1. Shipping Fees

All shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be clearly shown at checkout. We do not offer free shipping unless explicitly stated in a promotion or written agreement.

2. Shipping Locations

We ship globally, including to the UK, EU, North America, Middle East, and other selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us directly to enquire about eligibility.

3. Dispatch & Fulfilment

  • Orders typically dispatch within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping times will vary by destination and courier, and may be affected by public holidays or other external delays.

  • We do not guarantee delivery timelines, and quoted delivery estimates are for guidance only.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Restrictions (IMPORTANT)

ABX-500L Natural Beeswax is a product of animal origin and may be subject to restrictions, inspections, or additional documentation requirements in certain countries. ABX-600L Synthetic Beeswax is not of animal origin; however, it may still be subject to import controls depending on the destination country's regulations for synthetic wax compounds.

  • The buyer is solely responsible for checking and ensuring that the ordered Aerobeeswax product is permitted for import into their country, including where animal-origin or synthetic wax goods are regulated.
  • Any customs delays, refusals, fees, taxes, or penalties imposed at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • If customs reject or destroy a shipment due to non-compliance with import laws or documentation, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
  • Buyers outside the UK may be asked to provide additional permits, end-use declarations, or importer-of-record information where required by local authorities.

If in doubt, please consult your local import regulations before placing an order.

5. Risk of Loss

Once the order is handed to the courier, risk transfers to the buyer. We are not liable for:

  • Delays due to customs processing, strikes, weather, or courier network issues
  • Parcels marked as “Delivered” but claimed undelivered
  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 21 days (UK) or 45 days (international), please contact us at support@aerobeeswax.com. We will assist in opening an investigation with the courier and provide support as needed. Resolutions (replacement or refund) are at our discretion and subject to courier claims outcome.

7. Shipping Documentation

For international orders, a commercial invoice will be included with the shipment showing product description, HS code, value, and country of origin.
