Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 14, 2025
Due to the specialist nature of our products and the need to maintain quality control and traceability, our returns and refunds policy is limited as follows:
1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products
We do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially used consumables under any circumstance.
2. Return of Unused Items
If your item is unopened, unused, and in original condition, it may be eligible for return subject to the following:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returns will only be accepted with prior written authorisation.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied.
Returned items must be received by us in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt:
- Please provide photos of the issue and packaging.
- If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- In some cases, we may arrange collection of the affected item.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used consumable goods
- Custom or special-order items
- Items returned after 7 days without prior approval
